Die Milaco GmbH, Langenfeld hat uns mitgeteilt, dass sie eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung i.S.v. § 16 Abs. 1 AktG – und damit einhergehend auch mehr als 25% des Grundkapitals – an der Palgon AG gehört.	Milaco GmbH, Langenfeld, has informed us that it holds a majority interest within the meaning of Section 16 (1) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) – and thus also more than 25% of the share capital – in Palgon AG.
