| 1. | Die Youco24 Holding GmbH mit Sitz in Köln hat uns gemäß § 20 Abs. 5 AktG mitgeteilt, dass ihr nicht länger mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien gemäß und auch keine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an der Youco M22-H448 Vorrats-AG gehört. | 1. | Youco24 Holding GmbH, which has its registered office in Cologne, has notified us in accordance with Sec. 20 para. 5 AktG that it no longer holds more than one-fourth of the shares in accordance with the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), nor does it hold a majority interest in Youco M22-H448 Vorrats-AG. |
| 2. | Die Movico Holding B.V., Deurne, Niederlande, hat uns gemäß § 20 Abs. 1, 2 und 4 AktG mitgeteilt, dass ihr mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien unserer Gesellschaft unmittelbar gehört. Weiter hat sie uns mitgeteilt, dass ihr unmittelbar eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an unserer Gesellschaft gehört. | 2. | Movico Holding B.V., Deurne, Netherlands has informed us pursuant to Sec. 20 para. 1, 2 and 4 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) that it directly owns more than one fourth of the shares in our Company. It has also informed us that it directly owns a majority shareholding in our Company. |
