Die Tata Consultancy Services Netherlands B.V. mit Geschäftsanschrift Symphony Towers, 20th Floor, Gustav Mahlerplein 85-91, 1082 MS Amsterdam, Niederlande, hat uns gemäß § 20 Abs. 1 und 4 AktG mitgeteilt, dass ihr unmittelbar mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien sowie eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung (Anteils- und Stimmenmehrheit) im Sinne des § 16 Abs. 1 AktG an unserer Gesellschaft gehört. |

Die Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. mit Geschäftsanschrift in 9th Floor, Nirmal Building, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 021, Maharashtra, Indien, hat uns gemäß § 20 Abs. 1 und 4 AktG mitgeteilt, dass ihr mittelbar mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien sowie eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung (Anteils- und Stimmenmehrheit) im Sinne des § 16 Abs. 1 AktG an unserer Gesellschaft gehört, da ihr diese Beteiligung gemäß § 16 Abs. 4 AktG über eine von ihr abhängige Gesellschaft, die Tata Consultancy Services Netherlands B.V., zuzurechnen ist. |

Die Tata Sons Private Ltd. mit Geschäftsanschrift in Bombay House 24, Homi Modi Street, Mumbai 400 001, Maharashtra, Indien, hat uns gemäß § 20 Abs. 1 und 4 AktG mitgeteilt, dass ihr mittelbar mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien sowie eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung (Anteils- und Stimmenmehrheit) im Sinne des § 16 Abs. 1 AktG an unserer Gesellschaft gehört, da ihr diese Beteiligung gemäß § 16 Abs. 4 AktG über von ihr abhängige Gesellschaften, (i) die Tata Consultancy Services Netherlands B.V. und (ii) die Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., zuzurechnen ist. |
